The County Clerk is an elected position. The Clerk is, by virtue of the Constitution ex-officio Clerk of Superior Court.
The goal of the Clerk's Office is to protect the integrity and accuracy of the court records of
Asotin County Superior Court while serving the public and legal community in a
courteous, professional, and expedient manner.

Court Facilitator Information
The Courthouse Facilitator assists pro-se litigants (persons who
are not represented by attorneys)
in Family Law Cases in selecting and reviewing forms. Services
are provided by appointments.

Help identify which mandatory Family Law Forms are needed

Review forms you have prepared for completeness

Explain court procedures

Make referrals to other agencies

Assist both parties in an action
The Facilitator Cannot:

Give legal advice

Assist litigants who are represented by an attorney

Represent parties in court

Fill out forms for a party

Tell the party what to say in court

Provide assistance in other civil matters or in criminal
matters

Payments of Legal Financial Obligations for Asotin County Superior Court cases
can be
made by mail, in person, or through nCourt.
When sending a payment, please remember to include the Asotin County Case
number(s)
with your payment. Failure to do so may result in your payment being applied
incorrectly.
The County Clerk is authorized to collect unpaid legal financial obligations at
any time the
offender remains under the jurisdiction of the court for purposes of his or her
Superior Court
legal financial obligations under RCW9.94A.760.

Fee Schedule
Fees to be charged to all
government agencies unless specifically stated
by statute. When the Clerk is required to
perform services for which no fee or
compensation are specifically listed, the Clerk
shall be allowed fees similar to and allowed for
similar services by statute.
