Welcome to the Asotin County Assessor website. Information on this website has been prepared to help you better understand the functions of the Assessor office.  The information here will assist you, as a property owner and taxpayer, in understanding assessment procedures, tax collection and the distribution of tax dollars. NOTICE:  As of January 1, 2018, the Asotin County Assessor’s Office is moving to a paperless system. All residential field sheets are being sent for scanning and will be UNAVAILABLE until our office receives the digital files from the scanning company. Once the field sheets are scanned they will not be returning to the County but will be archived with the State of Washington. We appreciate your patience as we move to our new system.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAP USE  Go to: www.co.asotin.wa.us/assessor/

This is a Google Map based system with an ArcGIS photo overlay.

In the right lower portion of the screen, click Parcel Map.

Click: County Parcel Map (a field description legend is available to print directly below the County Parcel Map option).

In the search bar in the upper right corner of the screen enter the property address including the city and state.

A basic map with an address tag will appear.

In the upper left corner of the screen, click Basemap.

Choose the map overlay style you would like to see.

Click on the desired property on the map and an information box will appear. You can scroll down within the information box to see all available property detail information. Please refer to the Field Descriptions legend for an explanation of the individual fields.
